Stream Archive provides tools for recording, archiving, and viewing livestream content from third-party platforms. We do not host or produce the original livestream content.

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — access continues until the current period ends. One-time purchases are non-refundable once the content has been accessed.
We accept credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly share archived content without authorization
- Attempt to circumvent access controls, paywalls, or security measures
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
6. Intellectual Property
Livestream content belongs to its respective creators. Stream Archive provides archival access under applicable fair-use and licensing terms. Our platform, branding, and original features are owned by Stream Archive.
7. Content Takedowns
If you are a content creator and wish to have your material removed, please contact us at support@streamarchive.com. We honor valid takedown requests promptly.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness of archived content, or compatibility with every device.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stream Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
